I’m from Jordan and live in Abu Dhabi. I’m a software engineer who builds AI agents and automation for businesses. Because I’ve run a business myself, I start with how the work actually gets done.
I have seven years of experience in software engineering, the last three focused on AI and agentic systems.

I have seven years of experience in software engineering, and for the last three years I’ve focused on AI and agentic systems.
Before focusing on AI, I founded and ran a consumer product business in the UAE, sourcing from the US and selling locally. I grew it to over AED 150,000 in revenue within its first eight months.
In Istanbul I worked in operations and staff administration for large international events, including an Olympic-level competition and an Africa–Türkiye business forum sponsored at the highest levels of government. I managed the check-in team at the Galataport cruise terminal, which also translated between Arabic and English.
AI solutions & agents
Most businesses don’t have an AI problem. They have one process that quietly eats the owner’s day: leads that wait hours for a reply, staff retyping the same data, reports built by hand every week. I find that process first, then decide what an AI agent should handle, what should be automated, and what must stay with a person. Then I build it, connect it to the tools the business already uses, and hand it over.
